Δημήτρης Μωραΐτης

Γεννήθηκε το 1970 στο Πέραμα του Πειραιά από γονείς προσφυγικής καταγωγής. Το 1989 εισάγεται στη Φαρμακευτική Σχολή Αθηνών. Ασκείται στο επάγγελμα του Φαρμακοποιού στο ΙΦΕΤ και στα φαρμακεία του Νικολάου Κάτσου και του ΓΝΑ « Ο Ευαγγελισμός». Το 1993 μεταβαίνει με υποτροφία του ΙΚΥ στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Parma Ιταλίας και ασχολείται με έρευνα στα Διαδερμικά Συστήματα υπό την επίβλεψη του Καθηγητή Paolo Colombo. Το 2003 αποκτά Master στο Management του Πανεπιστημίου Hertfordshire Αγγλίας, ενώ το 2017 γίνεται ένας από τους πρώτους επαγγελματίες υγείας που αποκτούν Diploma στο Health & Wellness Coaching από το Athens Coaching Institute.

Η επαγγελματική του καριέρα ξεκινά το 1996, αναλαμβάνοντας ως Product Manager στη DEMO AEBE, σε προϊόντα Μεσογειακής Αναιμίας, Τεχνητού Νεφρού και Αιματολογίας. Στο τέλος του 2000 αναλαμβάνει ως Product Manager στη Menarini Diagnostics, στα προϊόντα Διαβήτη, ενώ το 2002 προάγεται στη θέση του Business Unit Manager.

Το 2011 προσλαμβάνεται από τη ΒΙΑΝΕΞ ΑΕ, αρχικώς ως σύμβουλος Project Management, ενώ το 2012 αναλαμβάνει Business Unit Director στην θυγατρική εταιρεία ΒΙΑΝ Α.Ε.. Το Ιούνιο του 2018 αναλαμβάνει τη Γενική Διεύθυνση της ΒΙΑΝ Α.Ε., ενώ παράλληλα μετέχει ως Αντιπρόεδρος στα ΔΣ του ΕΦΕΧ και ΣΕΠΤΕΔΕ.

He was born in 1970 in Perama, Piraeus, by parents of refugee origin. In 1989 he started his studies in Pharmacy School of University of Athens. He made his practice as Pharmacist at IFET and at the pharmacies of Nikolaos Katsos and at GHA "Evangelismos". In 1993, he did research on Transdermal Systems under the supervision of Professor Paolo Colombo at Parma University, Italy. Since 2003, he holds a Masters in Management from the University of Hertfordshire, England, and in 2017 he became one of the first health professionals having a Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching from the Athens Coaching Institute.

His professional career began in 1996, as Product Manager at DEMO AEBE, in Thalassemia, Dialysis and Hematology products. At the end of 2000, he worked as Product Manager at Menarini Diagnostics in diabetes products, and in 2002 he was promoted to Business Unit Manager.

In 2011 he was hired by VIANEX SA, initially as a Project Management Consultant, while in 2012 he became Business Unit Director in the subsidiary VIAN SA. In June 2018, he takes over the General Management of VIAN SA, while he participates as Vice President of the Board of Directors of EFEX and SEPTEDE.
